Large Sisal Boing 2.5cm x 275cm
$35.00 (inc GST)
Boings are great spiral rope perches that hang to provide extra climbing and perching opportunities. Hang these inside your birds’ cage or even from your ceiling (3M stick on hooks work well) to create a fun space for your parrot. Sisal rope is much safer for birds to chew than cotton and this thick size rope is suitable for Alexandrines to Macaws. Hanging Boings will swing and move a bit, similar to how trees sway in the wild. The rope offers plenty of grip for your bird to hold on to while they climb and explore.
The total length of the rope is 275cm and it is 2.5cm in diameter. When hung as pictured, it sits about 1.1m tall, including the nickel plated bell at the bottom and quick link at the top. With wire inside the rope, you can shape the boing to sit how you’d like it to, which can change the hanging length. The photos showing close up of the bell and end attachments are of the thinner, 1.6cm boings but the earlier photos are of this exact boing. These are well made and don’t have excess glue coming from the pvc ends.
This is the largest boing size currently available. A range of smaller lengths are available, with thinner rope for smaller birds. See below for the other sizes.

Love these have the largest one for macaw he loves to pull it and ring like a dinner bell haha I have smaller ones in both my alexandrines cages and are also really bendy and great for using for my birds to get around the cage and up to the nest boxes
