BonBon Foot Toy

The BonBon Foot Toy is a 100% destructible, Christmas-themed toy that your parrot will love to chew. It is handmade in Australia with love and top quality parrot-safe parts.

Wrapped in natural kraft paper, each BonBon contains a roll of corrugated cardboard, tied on the ends with paper rope. There are little pine ‘stars’ on either side, attached with a duo of coloured raffia cords. The unwound ends of the raffia make enticing tassels for your bird to nibble. It is a super-safe and all-shreddable toy for Parrots and even Rabbits, Guinea Pigs or Rats.

Each Bon Bon measures 16-18cm long, roughly 3cm in diameter but 8-9cm wide including the raffia tassels on the sides. Though safe for all sizes, it is perfect for medium birds from Conures to Galahs, who will hold the toy in their foot while chewing it. Smaller parrots like Budgies and Cockatiels will enjoy nibbling this toy if it is placed in a foraging dish, on their platform or attached with a stainless steel peg to the bars of their cage and very large parrots will also enjoy this toy, though it may not last very long against their big beaks. The BonBon does not have anything inside the cardboard roll, though you could poke treats or other shreddables inside.
