Order dispatch for Christmas 2023 and January 2024

I will be working hard right up until Christmas to get your pets’ goodies sent, as well as some days between Christmas and New Year. It’s a great time to redecorate your parrots’ cages and provide your pets with new enrichment, so order anytime to have your items sent within a few days.

Currently I plan to send some orders on:

• Every day from 18th to 22nd December
• 27th December
• 29th December
• 2nd January
• 4th January
• 5th January
• 8th January onwards (all normal business days)

We are planning a short trip away at the end of January, using the Australia Day long weekend. It may also affect a couple of days before or after that (24th/25th or 29th/30th January) and details of that will be confirmed closer to the time.

Natural bird toys will be available in dry seed pod options only from 18th December to 22nd December (to reduce the risk of fresh seed pods being delayed in transit over the busy Christmas period). ALL handmade natural bird toys will be made unavailable from 22nd December to roughly the 10th of January. Hundreds of other items that can be sent with fast dispatch will still be available during this time. I will be focusing on family time, while also supplying any products that I can during the Christmas-New Year period.
Once everything returns to normal between the 8th and 10th of December, I will make natural bird toys available again and with the fresh seed pod option.
