Harrison’s Bird Foods are made from premium whole grains and whole legumes. We do not incorporate artificial processing, nor do we use any bleached or dyed flours, meals or by products to cover up the natural characteristics of the grains.
Only highly processed foods can yield a perfectly uniform appearance every time.

Storage and Shelf Life
Harrison’s is committed to protecting your bird from artificial preservatives. Here are some suggestions to keep your food fresh without preservatives:
- Squeeze all air out of the bag and zip it shut at the top.
- If the zip lock gets removed or damaged, fold the top over several times and close with a clip.
- Keep food in original bag. Do not repackage into plastic bags or containers.
- Use contents within 8 weeks of opening bag.
- Purchase Harrison’s foods only in their original packaging.
- Refrigeration or freezing after opening may help maintain freshness.

Fantastic. These are more of a supplement pellet to assist with feather, nail and beak condition, for birds recovering from illness, moulting and older birds. There is a specific dosage according to bird size. I’ve never seen Patrick my alex love a pellet so much. It has a slightly different, ‘cake’ texture and he gets one in the morning and another later in the day. I think they have improved his overall condition and would recommend them.
